SmugMug Instructions:

1) Open the photo you would like to download by clicking on the image.

2) QUICK NOTES: 

-You DO NOT need to screenshot the images, it will lower resolution, aka worsen quality (and you don’t want that)

-DO NOT click the download button on the header of the gallery, it will download ALL OF THE PHOTOS and likely fill up your storage very fast! 

3) Instead, download your images individually. There are three (3) options to download your image, the first 2 are the same quality:

1) FASTEST: Hold firmly down on the photo on the screen of your mobile device and click “Save to Photos”

2) NORMAL: Click the Circle with three dots in the upper-right hand corner and select “Save to Photos” 

3) BEST QUALITY: Click the download icon (down arrow) at the bottom of your screen. This will save to your FILES app on your phone, or your computer depending which one you’re on. 

3) If you are trying to PRINT the photos, don’t use any screenshots at all. Most cases you will be fine using the “Save to photos” methods, but the BEST quality for print is to hit that download button and get the highest quality possible so you don’t have any pixelation or grain in your prints.
